This Type 2 Bus is now offered with manufacturer’s literature, service records, removed front seats, a jack, a spare wheel and tire, a fuel-filler door key, and a clean Oregon title in the seller’s name. Service in April 2021 included replacing the engine and the exhaust system as well as refurbishing the heater box. Equipment includes aftermarket front seats, a sliding fabric sunroof, six hinged side windows, a removable rear bed frame, four-wheel drum brakes, 14″ steel wheels, and an AM/FM cassette radio. The bus is finished in blue and white over a white interior and is powered by a replacement 1.6L flat-four paired with a four-speed manual transaxle. This 1966 Volkswagen Type 2 is a 21-window Deluxe model that was purchased by the seller in 1976, reportedly from the first owner in Idaho.
